The standard double room felt cramped for a family of five, limiting space around beds, especially with a pull-out couch. The bathroom was surprisingly tiny, and there was an absence of cold water in both the sink and tub. Some of the appliances, like the fridge, were not up to temperature, affecting basic essentials like milk. Noise carried quite easily, disrupting sleep, particularly during peak times.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a welcoming atmosphere with exceptional staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The facility was clean and well-maintained, demonstrating good management practices. I particularly appreciated the breakfast service, which offered a decent variety of options, including delicious bacon and pancakes. I stayed for 4 nights with my family. The manager keeps the place nice, but the breakfast could use some fresh eggs instead of frozen ones. Rosa at breakfast was super sweet! The room was decent, but the vending machine was pretty loud. Lots of shopping close by is a plus.

After a long day exploring Washington D.C. , it was such a pleasure to return to a clean and spacious room where the staff, especially Vanessa, really made us feel at home, and I loved that we were so close to delicious restaurants like Double TT Diner and beautiful walking trails at Leo E. Wilson Community Park, perfect for evening strolls.

Just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Laurel with good price value. The furniture in my room was in bad shape but it was clean. Make sure to check your room for issues before settling in.

Had an amazing stay with my friends! We loved visiting The Capital Wheel and the Carousel. Best of all, we hit Arundel Mills Mall and Maryland Live Casino, just 15 minutes away. Such a great location with comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast to start our days!
